I have had two exceptional experiences with Justin, the owner of Bella T's. plumbing. Scheduling is easy, arrival is prompt, work is well-done, customer service is evident, and the price is very reasonable.
My wife and I had a really great experience with Bella T's! Our (traditional tank) water heater finally crapped out and we wanted to upgrade to the tankless. Bella's was very easy to work with and all of their pricing is listed upfront on the website. No annoying upselling or haggling or "bait and switch." Bella T's is AMAZING! Ashley was super easy to get scheduled with. Fantastic experience all around! Can't say enough about their service, and attention to detail. Had Justin come out for "knocking pipes." Original determination was a faulty water meter (rare instance where that was only 1/2 the problem). After the water meter was replaced, and knocking was still occuring, contacted for a follow up visit and Justin replaced the PRV which silenced the knocking for good. Highly recommend! We had a leaky old cast iron pipe in our basement that had been dripping for I don't know how long. Justin came out quickly and gave us a quote. He even patched the hole he located on the pipe at no cost while we waited for a quote. Once agreed, scheduling was quick and easy, Justin arrived promptly and keep me updated throughout the repair. He even fixed something else we didn't know was leaking. Happy to have a new local plumber. Thank you!!
These folks are honest, trustworthy and have fair pricing. I got 4 other estimates and they were by far the best deal out there and no add on surprises, exactly as quoted on their website. Others tried to sell unnecessary add on's. Use Justin and Ashley you won't be sorry.
