My haircut was okay but I felt like I was in a sales office instead of a hair salon. Salons need to stop making their stylists push products that customers don’t want or need. Besides this, my biggest complaint is i was told that my hair was damaged and that I had split ends all the way up my head. I just got my hair cut by another professional today and was told my hair looks perfectly healthy and fine. Definitely not happy about being lied to simply to buy more products.

Josey does an amazing job for massages. Great with responding to what's needed most, and I always leave supremely relaxed. Highly recommend her!
I've had many seasoned stylists struggle with my hair texture, but Kurt worked with me to get me exactly the style and cut I was looking for, and he was very receptive to feedback. [EDIT] I'm editing my review in light of finding out I was accidentally overcharged, which brings the price point more in line with my expectations for a men's cut. Some of the common spaces and especially the bathroom seemed like they hadn't been cleaned properly, which it sounds like will also be rectified.
