I would give a zero if I could. My son’s 7th grade class was supposed to go to Philadelphia in March however COVID19 happened & the trip was postponed & then cancelled. Then the owner Lori Cavelli of Bella Tours & Travel shuts her business, website, phone lines & Facebook down. BUT she still has our money, $620 per student. She will not reply to anyone (school, parents or NewsChannel 9). I have even reached out to her personal FB page with no reply either. Great company
Did a one day tour to Cooperstown. Bus driver and your guide Kathy were excellent. Lunch was at the Otsega restaurant,excellent food and atmosphere. The best part of the trip was to the Glimmerglass Opera house to see Porgy and Bess.2nd row center,best seats in the house.Everything on our tour was first class. Looking forward to traveling with them again soon
