Worst place I’ve ever lived the front office will act like their paying u to live there and not care about anything u have to say do not move here lived here for 3 months and still have the same problems I do 3 months ago because they simply do not care or get things done without asking them 20+ times and going to the office and reminding them every single day

This place is hell on earth. Dont be fooled by the fake reviews you see here. Gunshots constantly outside. They are priced as high as good areas of town like Mandarin and Southside Blvd. Maintenance is a pain to deal with. They illegally enter your apartment all the time. The trash compactor is always broken and overpouring. The water is cut off like every other week. The internet here has constant issues due to old lines. Every time something goes wrong the Maintanence crew is on it ! I called this evening and Maintanence was here less than 5 min!
