I recently visited the Bella Terra Cosmetics kiosk at First Colony Mall in Sugar Land. I was assisted by Naomi. Initially, the customer service seemed decent, and my friend and I decided to purchase some makeup. Naomi offered us a free makeup brush with our purchase and even put it in our bag. However, when I proceeded to pay, my friend decided to buy an extra, larger brush for herself. Hi Bella Terra! I have been using the exfoliating gel for years and trying to get my hands on another one. I attempted to go to the First Colony Mall but they were closed and I would prefer not to do it online. What other locations (and times) would offer this product to pick up? Thank you!
one of the employees approached me and I politely said no thanks, but she offered a sample. I assumed she was giving mini samples and I could just walk off. instead she sat me down and started taking half of my makeup off to apply products I wasn't even interested in buying. after 10-15 mins, I told her I'd come back since I wanted to shop around more. The girls in the keyosck at the Deerbrook Mall in Humble TX were very pushy and had aggressive sales tatics. Before I knew it I had purchased 173 in makeup which consisted of a mascara, foundation and blush. Looking at the prices on line it is clear I was scammed and completely ripped off. The makeup is mediocre at best and the mascara was clumpy. Im not happy at all how I was taken for the money that I work very hard for. What a waste of money. Never buying these products again.
