My experience with Bella Terra has been wonderful. Everyone there has been a delight to work with. Linda, the receptionist, is very helpful and cheerful. Christina and Kari, Administrator and Admissions Director, made the whole process seamless. My Mom is being well cared for. This place is a nightmare the staff never answer the phone and when they do it's always an excuse we were passing out meds we where feeding the patients my brother happens to be theremy niece is over him ifitwas me I would have been snatched him outta their I don't know who writing these wonderful reviews they are all Donald Trump reviews get my drift
Staff is very cooperative and kind. And we would return.
I had great care by staff and it was very clean I would recommend it to anyone in need of 24 hour care
