We have tried to get someone from Bella Terra to work with us on an intake but we're told they can't help us because they have a waiting list. I asked if we could get on the waiting list and the person told us no. I hope the owner reads this because why tell us there's a waiting list and then refuse to put us on it?

This place don’t deserve one star it terrible here my husband is here took 14 hours to get his meds lucky I spoke to someone and they looked over and it was on wrong cart the nurse put it wrong place. So if I would of not came in they would of not gave him no meds god knows when nurse took forever to change his diaper was full of poop.for an hour they said there was one nurse for the whole floor come on. Our Family couldn't be happier with the care our Mom received at Bella Terra. From Kari at intake, the nurses, the aides, the PT/OT Teams, Social workers, custodial workers, and kitchen staff...our experience was nothing but positive. We highly recommend this rehabilitation facility. Thank you for getting our loved ones back on her feet, literally. Blessings to all who have shown empathy and compassion. Holly Charles
