They seem to over medicate and even if you inform the staff multiple times to various people and different people voice this concern nothing is done. We checked my mother in on a Thursday and she died 5 days later. Careful placing your loved ones in their care.
My brother has been a resident there since Feb. 2025. I can’t say enough good things about the facility, and the staff they are great. My brother has been very happy there, he has made friends with many of the residents and also staff,they all look out for each other. They have care conferences every three months. Resident council meetings,also family counsel meetings. So if you have any complaints go to these meetings they are very interested in what you have to say and strive to correct things if at all possible.
Thank you very much, you have all been very helpful in my recovery and great to work with. I can't thank-you enough. Every department has done their job quite well.
