Went into this facility to make a quick delivery, was greeted with misinformation about where to take my delivery by the receptionist. Another worker redirected me back to the reception desk, which is where I was originally instructed to drop off. During drop off, the receptionist flipped out saying I wasn't allowed to drop off there because "that's not her job" to allow me to make a delivery? To the place I was instructed to? They seem to over medicate and even if you inform the staff multiple times to various people and different people voice this concern nothing is done. We checked my mother in on a Thursday and she died 5 days later. Careful placing your loved ones in their care.

My brother has been a resident there since Feb. 2025. I can’t say enough good things about the facility, and the staff they are great. My brother has been very happy there, he has made friends with many of the residents and also staff,they all look out for each other. They have care conferences every three months. Resident council meetings,also family counsel meetings. So if you have any complaints go to these meetings they are very interested in what you have to say and strive to correct things if at all possible.
