The office staff is neglectful and treat like crap. Don't work there they will call police if you go visit old friends or residents. The reviews that are 5 stars are from staff. Not residents who are miserable.
The management of the building is characterized by condescending, rude, and unprofessional behavior. A few team members consistently outperform the majority, while the administrator and maintenance director issue orders without providing any assistance. When dissatisfied with a situation, they make changes without consulting residents’ opinions. Residents’ well-being appears to be a secondary concern. This place is aweful they treat staff aweful. There has been in the last 4 months over 10 people that left due to management. Five stars really that's office staff making sure they look good. They cannot even take new residents because they cannot pass state!
