Living here for a few years it's has been a very very awful experience. I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone to live here period. I cannot wait until my lease is up this year to leave!!!! Where do I start... There is cockroaches and mice everywhere, the lack of communication with leasing and maintenance and the long time it takes for them to come and deal with any sort of issues is wild. I submitted a maintenance request three weeks ago to fix a leaking shower faucet, but nothing has been done despite multiple online and in-person follow-ups. The faucet has been leaking hot water 24/7, wasting resources and increasing my utility costs. The management has given me repeated promises without action. This level of disorganization and neglect is unacceptable, especially for residents who pay to live here. If it takes over a month to fix a simple issue, it raises serious concerns about how this place is managed.

I applied to Bella Terra over two weeks ago and it has been a nightmare ever since. Despite submitting my income documents through their third-party system (Vero) and also emailing the same documents twice to their office staff, they keep claiming they haven’t received anything. There has been zero communication from their end. No one ever picks up the phone. I’ve called multiple times with no luck. Constant yelling and parties on the Evans side. Can’t even sit outside without listening to the dudes that live by the gate yell while they have 10+ people over outside everyday. Lady screaming at her boyfriend twice now and once while throwing clothes outside the doors. It’s just loud. 12/5/23 update. Ahhhh it’s such a nice day out.
