My apartment flooded & there was raw sewage every where. All they did was wet vac the floor. No one cleaned my area rugs nor did anyone clean the base boards where there was poop nor did anyone clean the poop out of my tub or around the toilet area. Now it smells like mold. Another incident 3 tree limbs fell on my vehicle which was parked in a handicap space & broke my window out. I complained how unsafe i felt the space was. They said i only complained about the leaves not the tree but... Where do leaves come from
This place is using AI voice technology to answer the phone. As you can imagine it is not ready for use. You get caught in loops created by the AI. Since I have a background in technology my experience with this tool I would classify it as alpha software. Every time you call the system assumes you are interested renting an apartment. And sends follow up email and calls. Time to pull it until it’s been tested for real world use. In the meantime hire someone to answer the phone.
Seems like the tenants have 0 respect for the surrounding community.
