This place is super dangerous… the front desk also never answers their phones or offer to help with anything.

I thought this place had a really home like vibe. Really friendly guy that showed me around. Very informal and organized. I think they have plans to upgrade the laundry room for tenants. It is a affordable place to live in a conveniently located part of town across from Walmart neighborhood market. I think people blow things out of proportion when they give this place bad reviews. Mind your business and get renters insurance always when living in a apartment. Communication is key with close neighbors.
