Initial service was good overall, however, it was very disappointing when they did not stand behind their work, nor labor warranty, that was not done correctly/evenly initially. Collecting additional fee seemed overtly important.
Great experience with Bella Stones from the beginning to the end. Juan and Sarah were amazing with the design and the entire process. The installers took their time and it shows with an amazing fire place.
