I worked with Sarah at Bella Stones to have them fabricate and install a bathroom vanity countertop for us. The initial install looked great, but after taking a closer look I realized there were some issues with the sinks. I was honestly a little nervous, but I couldn’t have been more impressed with how they handled it. They came back out, acknowledged the issue, and ended up fabricating and installing an entirely new countertop, reinstalling our sinks and making the final installation look great at no additional cost to us.... read more
We walked into Bella Stones after reading some reviews online. We spoke with Sarah and she seemed great! We were looking forward to getting the countertops completed in our house. She gave us a rough estimate before we left the showroom and it seemed reasonable! Sadly that’s where our “good experience” ended. After numerous phone calls, emails, voice mails and even texts Sarah failed to follow through even several weeks later. It was very disappointing to have to start all over with another company from scratch.
Shopping for stone has never been easier. The selection of countertops is only overcome by expert installation. There's something for every taste and budget. There staff will help turn your designs into reality. Five stars.
