We walked into Bella Stones after reading some reviews online. We spoke with Sarah and she seemed great! We were looking forward to getting the countertops completed in our house. She gave us a rough estimate before we left the showroom and it seemed reasonable! Sadly that’s where our “good experience” ended. After numerous phone calls, emails, voice mails and even texts Sarah failed to follow through even several weeks later. It was very disappointing to have to start all over with another company from scratch.
Shopping for stone has never been easier. The selection of countertops is only overcome by expert installation. There's something for every taste and budget. There staff will help turn your designs into reality. Five stars.
Everything went well until I asked them to return to fix the grout lines. I wrote Sara few texts asking to fix it and no answer. Make sure to check everything before you pay in full!
Juan was super helpful and knowledgeable and I just love how my countertops turned out! Would definitely recommend!
