NOT SURE WHO ''JOYCE'' IN PREVIOUS REVIEW IS. BELLA STONE DID NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS NAMED JOYCE IN ALL OF 2019, 2020 AND THROUGH 8/25/21. WE DO NOT HAVE A DESIGNER ON STAFF AND WOULD GLADLY HAVE GIVEN A PAPER RECEIPT. THIS REVIEW FLIES IS A DIRECT CONTRADICTION OF THE OTHER REVIEWS.
Totally botched job. We were told that our counter would be one slab and it fell short so they added another piece that didn’t match. They were also going to tile the front foyer. A “designer” at their store designed a beautiful floor. When it was time to install it they brought over the wrong tile and said they didn’t have a designer. Wanted paper copy of contract and was sent email. Refused paper.
