We had reserved the Bentley limo for pick up / drop off to and from the airport. The limo picked us up on time and when we got in the limo it was so disgustingly dirty you didn't want to touch anything. The carpet was dirty and hadn't been swept in some time. The headliner was black in spots from dirt. The carpeted upholstery was ripped and torn. This was NOT what we had in mind when booking this limo service! They messed up the pickup time! My daughter was traveling form Indiana State back home to Minnesota for medical reasons. I explained to them that her flight left IND at 5:00p and that I'd like her picked up by 2:00p. In fact, I asked their advice about the pickup time being 2:00p or 2:30p and they recommended 2:15p. When the travel day came, they didn't show up. When I called, they insisted that I had told them to pick my daughter up at 5:00pm. Don't use - took my credit card information and then didn't pick me up or even have me in the system.
