Outstanding! – After a long day of going to many of the Stores around Grand Rapids we finished at Bella Sposa. I wish we had started there. We were all so tired and cranky when we got there, they had us laughing and in a great mood by the time we left. The staff was patient, friendly, helpful and listened better than any of the other stores we had been in that day. We had found a few things that we liked, but nothing we loved. Worst customer service – Looking for a bra for my wedding dress ......Tried Bella Spousa on Plainfield first because it's closer but owner was RUDE. Refused to let us look (even though she told me we could stop in and look). Said she only deals with people by appointment. Offered to let us wait for 30-45 min IN OUR CAR for her employee to come in. NO THANKS!!!! Won't ever go there again. AND she was 20 min late opening her store to begin with. Outstanding – The staff at this store is super helpful, listens well and is very knowledgable. Always willing to help you find ways to make your dreams come true. Very EASY to work with.
