Update as of 8/22/25- still NO partial refund and it’s been almost 4 weeks, so this shows what type of professionalism I was dealing with. Didn’t even refund 1/2 of the refund she said she was going to give. I’m entitled to partake on your business by doing a review but for you to get mad and not even refund the 1/2 that you said you was going to do. That’s sad!!!! I am so happy I found this salon! Amy was absolutely wonderful we had a great conversation, it was like catching up with a friend. The salon is clean, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Amy made sure I liked my nails before I left, stated many times if I didnt like it she would be happy to redo. Let me stated Im thrilled will my nails absolutely love them!! Already made my next appointment! I would also like to state her prices are extremely reasonable!!
I wanted to give this shop a try because she specialize in short, and natural nails. I saw All the positive reviews online. But I was deceived! Very unsanitary, she didn’t offer for me to wash my hands, She wouldn’t even let me use her sink to wash my hands that’s part of nail etiquette, didn't clean between clients with my appointment, French was uneven, rush work, white spots on my nails, uneven buffing and filing. Best Manicure Ever — Thank You, Amy! I was in town for a wedding and needed a manicure last-minute. I called so many salons, and Bella Soul Salon was the only one willing to take me that day. Amy was kind enough to stay late on a Friday night just to fit me in — and I’m so glad she did! This was honestly the best manicure I’ve ever had.
