They deserve zero stars. This place is rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. They rarely answer phones. I had an appointment a month and week ago. I got there they were closed. The lady told me the wrong month. Then I tried to call them for 4 days to confirm my appointment for today and no one answered. After calling today for almost 2 hours I got a rude lady on the phone. Went for emergency abscess tooth and because I am pregnant they wouldn’t write a prescription for antibiotics. Doctor says that my obgyn would have to write it. Instead of them contacting him them selves and communicating with him they left me in pain. Now my obgyn says he’s not a dentist and that they should have contacted him to see what prescription would be best to prescribe to help infection. Worst place ever. DO NOT GO HERE. They only care about stealing money from Insurance company. Im suppose to get a basic cleaning paid by my insurance company they deny my service bc they say i'm not eligible they want to charge my insurance for a deep cleaning. But when they hear I only have a week left of coverage they just didn't want to bother anymore with me. All I wanted was my teeth cleaned . Horrible place and horrible customer support.
