Charging us an extra $100 per month because I forgot to sign the lease early. The email for said lease got lost since they incessantly send a pile of emails every week on the most basic topics, which should be considered junk mail at this point. We should honestly be receiving compensation back at this point or a percentage off of our rent, considering that we haven't been able to use the pool or the gym in over a year. ROACH INVESTED & HEARTLESS MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE especially if you have kids. I only have so much space to write so ill write the most important things. I moved in Mid- March 2020 (so right before quarantine hit) and moved out by Mid-April 2020 thats how terrible this place was. I loved living here when they had an adequate Property Manager. MK was always on top of maintenance to address work orders in a timely and professional manner and Mike was great with explaining what needed to be corrected when something broke in the apartment. He would always help dig out cars if need be in the winter. Since Michelle took the property over in Jan. of 2019 nothing has been addressed and the property is now poorly maintained (that's putting it nicely). Do not even want to give it a star! Moved into a townhouse expecting it to be clean and good condition. I advise to ALWAYS read the reviews. Townhouse did receive new carpet but the rest was a dump, never cleaned at all. The rude property manager explained to me that they would not scrub my walls they would only just touch up the paint over the the dirt and bacteria (how sanitary). Moving here has been the worst mistake of my life and I could not be more miserable. I love the location, but the maintenance here is non-existent. I can honestly say, that in the year and a half I have live here, I have never had a working air conditioner. I complain about it, they send out an air conditioning tech that recharges it. It works great for ten day and then I spend the next three weeks in 80 degree apartment waiting for them to send another tech and the cycle repeats. Wanted to recognize the Marcus in maintenance, in the Naperville apartments. He has always been very helpful, and really good and knowledgeable at fixing things around the apartment.
