When we walked in today we were looking at dresses. The lady was super rude and basically treated us like trash. Like how dare you touch our dresses. Well we left and she won't be getting our business and will make sure we tell everyone how poorly we were treated. Ended up going to sweetheart bridal and found the most amazing dress. Great customer service as well. They will get our business and everyone else we know. You need to understand customer service if you want to succeed in this valley.
