Love this place. Went there today but it's closed. Any idea why?
The worst service and meal ever . We arrived at 730 - we ordered at 800 and didn get our appetizers till 905. After multiple times of going back to the “cousin of the owner “ all we got back was 30.00 off our bill. Someone even order a seafood salsa and it was bad. This is as a celebration for multiple birthdays and it was ruined by slow service and bad food. I am a manager of a hotel and I know when you need to make things right and they didn t.
Christmas Eve with a limited holiday menu, so you'd think the appetizers might be served hot, but they were cold. Salad was iceberg with under-ripe tomato. Entrees were not great but at least were hot. If anyone had come over to ask how our meal was I would have told them, but no one ever did. Still left a big tip for staff working Christmas Eve. Very expensive for less than pizza parlor quality food. We should have gone to Danny's for a fraction of the cost and much better food. Very disappointed. Won't be back.
Been to Bella Sera 3 times in the last 5 weeks. It was great every time. Been going now for a couple of years and always treat us good. 27 friends last night for dinner. Limited our choices � but still had a great dinner. Can't wait to get back and have the chicken rollitini
