Absolutely shocked by these reviews!Definitely, not my experience. I started seeing Dr. Schanzer when she was at Baylor (Menninger) in Houston TX. She left but continued our sessions on zoom, which honestly, I prefer! She’s NEVER canceled or rescheduled. She’s NEVER been weird about the payments. Granted, I don’t give her a reason. I pay immediately after each session, as is standard protocol. Unprofessional, lacking empathy, go to anyone else.
Bella was more concerned about having her payment upfront than the absolutely heartbreaking circumstances we found ourselves in. She did her job by telling us to go to an emergency room. But her coldness total and utter lack of compassion and short abrupt attitude has no place in the world of mental health care.
