Hours listed are not accurate and when you call you have to call repeatedly for an answer, when they finally do pick up and say I can come in at a certain time I come all the way to my appointment and the woman tells me she cannot see me because she’s too busy and I missed an appointment before so she figured I wasn’t coming! Never been there
Kim is the best hairdresser. She has been my only favorite for 4 years since I moved to Washington. I have tried other salons that charge twice the price, but no one compares to her always doing the extra mile to make sure she cuts my multi-layered hair exactly how I want it to be. I am truly amazed.
