My wife and I loved this place because of Lauren (who is very nice and good at their job) so we called back and made an appointment for 2 people. My wife called multiple times and left numerous voicemails about how we wanted Lauren to cut our hair. Besides the point, we went to our appointment and Kelly was extremely disrespectful, rude, and discriminatory towards us.
