The staff here are so friendly and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. They even came around with snacks and drinks to choose from as well as blankets for when they wash your hair.
This was my first facial with Lexi. She is well on her way towards becoming an excellent esthetician. She kept me informed of all the steps and products. She was very considerate of my wishes. I was so relaxed, I dozed off a few times! Keep up the great work! I scheduled my next facial before I left the salon.
Itzaly... I went to her 2 times in the last year testing out who can actually work with naturally curly hair. I have seen a few stylists over the last decades in the quad cities which were okay but now Itzaly will be my go to person from now on. She is amazing! I can't say enough great things about her, how she really took the time to understand what I wanted and went above and beyond expectations. My experience was great from the moment I walked in! The environment of the salon is so relaxing and beautiful and the staff were so kind. Brooke was absolutely amazing, my wash was spectacular and the haircut was exactly what I wanted! In the end I couldn’t believe had soft and fluffy my hair was and how great it looked, smelled and felt!
