RecommendedWe had a great experience at Bella’s! The consultant Keyna was very upfront with pricing and any other fees I might see. They looked at dresses I previously liked but hadn’t decided on, and pulled the PERFECT dress! I didn’t feel pressured to like anything in particular. All around great place to get your wedding dress!
Read the fine print of “the contract”. That’s right, the contract. Everything during the time my daughter and wife were looking for the dress, the owner/manager were excellent. My issue come with her service after the sale, and the wedding was done. My wife and I attempted to take back a $150 crown, that didn’t fit and was never worn (still in its original box). We treat all customers equally, crowns are sold in one size and was tried on in the store and usually can be bent to the shape you desire, this item was not simply bought last week, but 7 months ago. We are so sorry you did not like our no return policy but special occasions shops all work the same. We are sorry you felt as though someone was rude and we apologize for this.
I have no complaints about the dress. We bought a crown & vail. The crown was very expensive & right off the shelf. My daughter didn’t get to wear it because it didn’t fit. We returned the crown to the shop in the original pkg with receipts. The owner was flat out rude to us showing where we signed a contract stating they would not accept returns. This is not a special order item! We took it right off the shelf. We own our own business & serve people constantly to prevent them walking away angry! She could have given us 50% ... read more

I am absolutely ecstatic with how my experience was today with Brianna at Bella's! Even with all of the craziness that is going on right now with the pandemic, they were still able to create a very safe but enjoyable shopping environment, along with great conversation, and was topped off with fantastic customer service! Visited a few stores and this one was our favorite!
They have the largest selection, the best sales people that actually help you, great prices, an awesome owner that helps you into the best looking fit for you, and minimum time getting your dress so it can be altered by their seamstress in plenty of time for your event. Once you try them you will not ever be satisfied anywhere !
