They treat my mom like a queen, attend every one of her needs, she's really happy there, they are like family, I recommend this place 100%

I would not recommend this facility. I was misinformed when placing my dad in this home. I was told that they could care for someone full needs and once we sent him here he was left in bed literally the entirety of his 29 days there. I had to remove him and he ended up with two stage one bedsores and one stage two. When exiting the building and removing him due to negligence the young lady followed us on the interstate until I had to tell her I would call the authorities. The owner Yasleidy is a real class act! This woman did things with my mother without consulting with family, she took it upon herself to change my mother's insurance without my knowledge and or permission. My mother has fallen numerous times and they don't even call to inform me. This place is terrible I don't recommend at all!
