Delivery was PROMISED after 3 PM! It never showed up. They remedy this and apologized and are sending a free delivery. This was very ethical and a very good overall business decisions!
Overpriced for the size of arrangements and size of chocolate. Delivery was timely but failed to provide the note so the recipient didn’t know who it was from. If you’re gonna charge that much, you would think the little details would matter and be attended to… pretty flowers though.

Called from the east coast and spoke with Ann. She was easy to deal with , met my requests, and sent a photo of the arrangement before making the delivery. Gorgeous, quality work for the price. I would definitely purchase from Bella Rosa again!
