Overpriced and Snotty Sales Team – I've been in this store twice and I won't be back. I was never approached to find out if they could help me find something specific or even to just say hello. Great Stop Off the Beaten Path – Bella Rosa is a nice alternative to mall boutiques. I used to like to stop in before or after I'd get pedicures down the street. I agree with everything the previous poster said. The store has a relaxed, shabby chic style. The sales associate is friendly and helpful. The selection is fantastic; they have a good, but well-edited selection of both favorites and hard to find labels.
Best Boutique in Los Gatos – Women's boutiques are now popping up in Los Gatos, but none of them are are cool and hip as Bella Rosa. They carry expensive items but they are worth it. The store is beautifully decorated and they just carry items that no other store in Los Gatos carries.
