I am in complete awe of the skills that Stephanie did today! I am completely in love with my foliage and I cannot wait to see her again for future maintenance. Salon is very clean and following all measures due to covid and make the experience amazing.
Kristin had everything in place for a sanitary and safe visit to her salon. I didn’t have to touch a single surface the whole visit there. All touched items by my stylist, Chu, was sanitized before and afterwards. It felt so amazing to finally have my hair cut and styled on top of being accommodated for my busy and crazy schedule. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and my hair looks AMAZING. I’m so impressed by my experiences there in the past and completely confirmed today. I can’t wait for my color next week! The salon had asked that I come early to check in. When I arrived, there was someone sitting outside checking people in, then another person would escort you inside. The salon was pretty spacious and customers were always adequately separated. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and conscious of hygiene. They tried to minimize the amount of things anyone needed to touch. As for my stylist, Max, I've gone to him for a few years now. I love his upbeat and contagious personality. I do definitly recommend Bella Red overall but my experience today was far below the usual standard. I LOVE my stylist Jesse and recommend him to everyone. But unfortunately due to certain circumstances (sick call) I did not get the full cut service I had booked. I did not get shampood, got dry cut and then no style. And yet was still charged the full price of a cut. When I asked the owner if I could be charged the price of a trim since I didnt get what would typically be included in a cut. I went in for my first reopening appointment here yesterday! they just reopened after having been closed due to Covid and I have to say the experience was great. I've been coming here for a while now pre covid and even with the new guidelines and extra cleaning in place to keep everyone safe and healthy i still had such a great experience! they were super communicative so I was never confused about what to do or where to go and everyone was super cheery! even with the extrw time for cleaning and sanitizing my hair cut still ... read more
