I ordered a quilt and have not gotten it yet
It would be nice to get your order in decent time, I ordered a month ago and they won't answer my messages, and no quilt. I'll never order from them again, guess I'll look to see where it is next time, they are in Egypt, I'll be lucky to get it next year..
Terrible product not as advertised DO NOT BUY
Ordered a quilt on November 11th and never received it, even though they sent me a tracking number that did not have any information on it. They have not responded to any email requests for information yet they just sent me an email for a discount if I ordered more quilts. This place is a joke!
What I received was nothing like the picture used for advertising it. The blanket is junk. more useful as a moving blanket.
They just take your money and that’s it
I ordered a quilt on November 5th and another one on November 17th and I have e-mailed about them and all I got told were, "they are in progress". These are Christmas gifts. When will the "processing" be done? I'd never recommend anyone order one of these. Customer service is awful.
