scam, ordered a quilt in nov never received it yet in april. donot order anything from this company.
Ordered on Nov 9th for Christmas gift and didn’t receive until end of Feb and the product was horrible and not worth the shipping cost.
I ordered my quilt in November 2018 and it's March 18, 2019 and I still haven't received it. I would like my money back. I haven't found a phone number to call!!!! If anyone can help me with this, please call or text me at 602-318-4399. Thank you!!!!
I ordered back in November like the previous people and have yet to see anything. It is now March 1st.
Company is a hoax and will never give you the merchandise you asked for
ordered 2 flyers hocky quilts for Christmas gifts. did not receive. contacted co & their reply was the order had been sent to be hand made. cashed my $119.90 but never received my quilts. sent 2 more emails & received no replys. you should be ashamed of yourself after reading all of the many complaints just like mine.
I ordered a quilt at the beginning of November 2018 (the 9th). Received last week. Quality is terrible. The material is cheap and faded and has a weird green tint to it (especially strange because it’s a Steelers quilt. The quilt is just one big piece of material, it’s not even panels sewn together. I’m completely disappointed with everything about this purchase and going to dispute the change on with my credit card company as this is not at all what I paid for.
Order in November and only received today 7 of February and quality is horrible don’t buy.
Ship faster, refund money, use a different shipping carrier AND respond to customers faster. I am so frustrated in dealing with this company!
