Run far away from this company! Had 4 covers built, only one is correct! After covers were build they changed their price! They are also falling apart already. They plugged into my pool equipment even after instructions not to and as a result my spa has not working right since. They sent someone to try and fix it, but when he was unable to fix it, I never heard from them again except to collect on a payment that was never agreed to.
The installers were very prompt and professional. They were fast and rather proficient. They were also courteous and finished the job as promised.
Thank you to Bella Patio for this amazing looking patio. You definitely exceeded our expectations. They were able to tear down my existing patio and put up a new one in just a day. Everyone was very professional and had the most wonderful experience working with everyone. I would also like to mention that they are very trust worthy company. I over paid the invoice and they were quick to let me know and refund the overpayment. Not a lot of people with true honesty. A++++ Highly recommend
