The staff at the Broadway location were great from the sign in to the exam. Could not ask for better. They were all super, super professional and polite.
I was called one hour prior to my appointment to confirm my appointment today. I was then told to make sure I arrive 15 minutes early only to get here and sit and wait an hour after my appointment time to finally be call back. She took my vitals and said “your blood pressure is pretty elevated”. After sitting in the lobby for over an hour YES MY LEVELS ARE ELEVATED BECAUSE IF I WAS LATE I WOULD BE PENALIZED!!!
Love Dr. Zhou! She helped nurture my last egg and I produced a healthy baby girl!!! Love her intelligence of her work ethic!
Dr. Zhou and the staff are great. Every appointment has been a great experience.
Dr. Zhou is amazing I just had my baby delivered by her at women’s hospital , it was so pleasant and a happy great experience , I love that she takes her time to talk to you and her visits never feel rushed ! Love her !
