If I could give no stars I would. Hard to reach the office. Frequently put on hold and transferred many times. Every time I try to call for simple questions even when I'm on the correct extension line it's very difficult to get answers or resolve from what I'm asking from anyone. Trust your gut if the office is this dysfunctional it's reflection on the doctor too. Your truly better off somewhere else. The care I received during my last pregnancy was very poor. I love Dr. Zhou. She has been wonderful to myself and to my family for many years. Her bedside manners are phenomenal and her office staff is professional and kind. I only trust her for my obgyn needs.
My 1st GYN visit since relocating to Texas. Dr Sillas came highly recommended by her patients on a social media post I stumbled upon this post, where local women were shouting out their GYNs. Dr Sillas did not disappoint! Superb bedside manners, attentive, and she does not mind recommending or referring out to cover all aspects of health! I am super proud I chose her.
I would like to begin by expressing my sincere appreciation for Dr. Sillas. She delivered both of my children, and her care, work style, advocacy, and bedside manner have consistently been exceptional. I recommend her without hesitation and truly value her as a provider. Every person at Bella from Dr. Zhou to her medical assistants to her office staff are kind, thoughtful, and professional. They take the time to listen to concerns and explain possible solutions. Each person has proven to be excellent at their jobs and will go above and beyond to make sure that patients are comfortable and satisfied. I would recommend Dr. Zhou to anyone that is looking for a Ob/Gyn.
