My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM, and as a new patient, I was instructed to arrive early. I signed in at 10:13, but no one acknowledged me until I approached the front desk at around 10:45 to ask what was going on. Because I didn't complete the new patient forms until after 10:30, I wasn't seen until an hour past my appointment time. However, the rest of the visit went well, and the provider was great.
I had an amazing experience with this office. I came here for my second birth. My first birth was with a different practice, I had complications and nearly lost my life due to a combination of complications and neglect. After my first birth I was considered high risk, and I felt like Dr. Zhou, and Anail did everything to monitor me throughout the pregnancy, and answered my many questions and would calmly talk me through my fears and options. If I could give this office zero stars, I definitely would. I discovered a lump in my breast a few weeks ago and have literally been getting the run around from Dr. Sillas, her medical assistant Isa, and the rest of their staff ever since I had my appointment back on July 3. The incompetence displayed when trying to get a mere order for a mammogram, is ridiculous.
