Great subdivision in Port Orange!
We moved into Bella oaks in February. It has not been a good experience. The HOA does not maintain the property at all. Yes the community is still under construction however there is no maintenance to the areas that have nothing to do with the construction areas. The side walks are black, there is garbage all over the community , the mulch beds are washed out and the grounds are flooded.
