we had a rough experience a number of weeks ago with carry out but decided to try Bella Napoli again because they have been a great place before. This time Jake and his team nailed it. They remembered me by name and our order was ready before time and they took the time to appreciate our business. I told them before just please figure it out and they have. keep doing it. thank you for your effort. That shows me you listen and learn. You won back a customer.
Had lunch brought in today and my sandwich was delicious! The Saro #1 is a must. Capocollo, salami, provolone and balsamic is so yummy. Thank for feeding us well today!
