Very disappointed. I repeated myself several times saying I wanted the old dip taken off so my nails can rest and recover. Some of it was taken off and the blue was applied right over that rose glitter dip. You can see where she tried to fill in the new growth. Yeah, you can’t do that. I was so upset when I wasn’t heard. I should have walked out. Just wanted a regular manicure. I went home and attempted to take that rose glitter off. Bought my own tools and did it myself. Bella Nails is truly the best in Gig Harbor. My daughter and I have been visiting every three weeks for the past year, and each experience has been wonderful. The staff is welcoming, talented, and always brings our nail ideas to life. Vincent and Viki are especially detail-oriented—their work is not only beautiful but also long-lasting.
