4th time at this place because it’s close to home and for the 4th time I had the most inhospitable experience. Today I was taken for a manicure and pedicure appointment but after my pedicure was done was told I needed to come back later for a manicure because an appointment had shown up. Cool . they were so horrible nail polish wash bumpy and half my toes isn’t painted right
Quite literally was scammed. Initially said it was 55, got a simple white gel pedicure. She skipped out on the pedicure part and went straight to painting my toes, the gel was crooked, the paint was all on my toes and she cleaned it with the under part of her nail. Very dirty, and poor service. Ive never been treated so poorly at an establishment. Will never return and I advise others to go to another salon. For 90 dollars I got white paint all on my toes and crooked toes.

Went in for the second time. Had Anna do a gel manicure on me. She decided to upsell(without letting me know the price) and go ahead and do a Gel X. But my issue is that she was very passive aggressive. After trying to determine the length I wanted by asking me twice and I told her to cut it a little shorter each time(before any of the top work was done), this lady just flipped out and started scolding me!
