I had my first visit last week. I had to come back and have a nail redone the day after because gel polish was coming off. I was going on vacation that weekend and I looked at my nails and another nail had paint coming off, by the time I got home there was a total of 2 nails with polish coming off. I called and explained the problem and I wanted the color taken off and redone in the same color and for free. I was told to come in and let them look. I made appointments for 3 pedicures and a fill in days in advance. We were on a time schedule, so on time and had to wait 20 min. They finally sat us down to soak, they worked on my friends first and while I waited 25 more minutes. In the meantime 6 ladies without appointments were seated and immediately taken care of. My appointment was for nails and pedicure. My friends were done 40 min before me and had to wait and we missed our meeting. We ask for regular pedicures, were charged for most expensive pedicures. Great customer service. My nail tech was patient and friendly! The shop is clean and pricing is fair. They were able to repair my broken nails and I’m so grateful! I would absolutely recommend.
They did a wonderful job!!! Did a girls day for my little sister and I, and they did it very quickly.
