I made an appointment for a 1 pedicure for my daughter and 1 mini-mani pedicure for my granddaughter. We got there and the girl was like you want 3 pedicures. I was like no I have an appointment for 1 pedicure and 1 mini mani-pedi. She's like you want 3. Ugh,I told her no multiple times. She acted like she didn't want to be there, and she was rude. I was traveling through Wausau for work & couldn’t fit in to my normal nail tech back home around my trip. After searching for a salon in Wausau that could help me remove overgrown nail extensions, I found Bella. The salon is clean, staff are very accommodating, and the pedicure massage is the best I’ve ever had! The pedicure massage was wonderful and focused on acupressure, which was very extremely enjoyable since I can be a little ticklish. A special thank you to James & Leanne for taking care of me! I will return.
I usually do not leave reviews but I quite literally got the best manicure that I probably have ever gotten. Not because they nailed a design or shape (which they did!!) but bc the tech I had (I believe his name was James-so sorry if I’m wrong!) was so precise about the actual application and the “little details” that are usually missed. I will absolutely be back! The price was fair and well worth it for the experience I had. I called 20 minutes before arriving and they got me in last minute. 10/10 would recommend.
