I got a manicure here today and unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing. The lady rushed it through and did a very sloppy job. What made things worse was the payment situation. At checkout, I was told their system was “down” and that I had to pay with cash or Zelle. I didn’t have cash on me, and my Zelle wasn’t working. I can not recommend going to Bella nails enough. Me and my mom have been going for about half a year now every month to get our nails done and it’s truly such a good experience, David and his team are so kind and listen to anything you have to say and it’s become we walk in and get greeted on a first name basis it feels like they actually value you as a person, the services are amazing I highly recommend Mimi she does my moms nails and always nails it (pun intended) they never rush services and always take plenty of time to ... read more
This my first time at this shop. I made a reservation and was taken in on time after checkig in for my appointment. The young lady Allison did my pedicure which was very relaxing. She took good care of my toes and ingrown nails which i appreciate. Thank you for making my birthday a relaxing one. I will be back.
