Worst nail experience ever!! I don't know how I managed to stay calm. I left there with my cuticles hurting, and the pain lasted for days. First, my pedicure was rushed, which I was willing to overlook. Then there was a misunderstanding—I asked for a full set, but the technician thought I wanted a manicure. I got a pedicure… felt very very rushed, the lady that was doing my nails was rough with the electric file down near my cuticle. Was jabbing me with the cuticle trimmer. Thank god I had a gift card, I will not be going back there again.

Just left from having to worse pedicure in my life i don't know who the old lady was but I will not be recommending anyone let alone coming back to this establishment

This lady name Trish did my pedicure in 15 min when it should be at lease 30 min and when I told her it was too quick she got defensive and argued with me. I have never experienced this before at any other nail shop.
