I came in with beautiful nails and just asked her to keep the shape ( almond tip) but just shorten them and reapply any polish that chipped. (Before and after) below. Talked negatively about me the whole time in Vietnamese. I had my love translate app running. She also cut my finger with the NaiI grinder. wish she had done a better job and listened to what I wanted. I take my nieces there a lot for pedicures. Makes me sad. Gave a 2 from past experience but this was a 1

I’ve never had a worse nail experience in my life. I came in for Gel X nails after calling around, and this was the only salon with availability. From the moment I sat down, the tech yanked my arms aggressively under the plexiglass. She kept up that same rushed, forceful energy throughout the entire appointment. I schedule an appointment for a fill and a pedicure. I got a pedicure which was fine but they gave my appointment for a fill away to someone else and asked me to wait a few minutes (the woman had just sat in the chair when it was my turn). They don't respect appointments if you set them.

Love these ladies. I’ve been going for at least 10 years. Mai is hilarious and Michelle and everyone else will just brighten your day!
