My teenager went to Bella Nails for her first ever nail appointment while I was at work. She said her nail tech was aggressive and made her feel very uncomfortable. She said he was hurting her hands and chastising her for being nervous. Her cuticles look awful, she was cut by the dremel, the acrylic is uneven and bumpy. Then he proceeded to charge her $93 for these awful nails. We will never go back. This is shameful if this is how they treat teenagers.
I’ve going to Bella Nails for more than 5 years. They’re one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been too! The staff are great and the new remodeling looks amazing!
The workers are very polite! Paul was very nice, and I love how they offer snacks and drinks! first time back after the revamp and I’ve no complaints at all! foot massage was amazing. Service was amazing. Everything checks on my list. if you’re looking for a great salon with respectful people go to Bella nails
