Very pricy Two nails need repair after getting them done a couple days ago
Since going back and forth between Palo Alto and DC for work often and also being busy I rarely have time for what I need these days. Sometimes a little pampering is nice. They're right next door to the UPS store which was a relief when moving 2400 miles away from home. Also, their color selection for my services was nice. Prices are decent. Will be back if I can't find another local place.
My spouse called to scheduled a Pedicure for two. It was confirmed. Upon arrival we both sat on the Pedicure chair, my spouse got started and I had my feet soaking. After an hour half my spouse completed with pedi and mani which I was still having my feet soaking waiting for a technician. I did not get my pedi started. I decided to walk out.. Bad communication and I don't recommend this place..
