Love this place.
Not a great atmosphere. Everyone working here has an attitude, especially the owner
Disappointed after my second pedicure with a newer person. Not seasoned to cut cuticles properly and when attempting, cut skin several times. Also, her nails are so long that when massaging my legs, all I felt were scratches. I asked her to stop. Though some girls are great there, newer ones don’t have the same quality of service to warrant the prices they charge.
Acrylics removal & new set $115 Snipped my fingertip and bled Different sizes of fake nail on each hand Not shaped well Paint job not great I went to get a professional nail job, my tech was not good. Nails looked like I did them myself.
I have been going here for a while now and have always loved the service. But my most recent gel pedicure this past Tuesday was very bad. I realized a day later that she completely took my big toe nail off which makes me understand why she decided to paint my toes BEFORE actually starting the water and giving me a pedicure. She must’ve did something with the machine while taking off my previous gel polish and decided to paint them so I wouldn’t notice.
