I want to share my experience because I honestly had a very unpleasant time at this salon. Rosa, excuse me, but I felt poorly received from the beginning to the end. Every question I asked seemed to annoy you. When I simply requested to fix a small detail, you responded rudely and your movements were overly harsh. This was shocking to me because, as women, we come to get our nails done to relax and enjoy a calm moment—especially when we’re paying $45. The place is good but my nails literally broke right after I did them… so I wouldn’t say they are the best at nails.

They were very nice which is the reason I didn't rate 1 star, but this place didn't feel clean at all. While they did have a small sterilization machine in the corner, it didn't appear to be in utilization and they were clearly re-using the nail tools on the stations. The stations and decor were also very dingy/old and there were several flies inside the store. Clean, safe (had the door open with limited customers and they took your temperature, and they had plexiglass dividers). They soaked your hands and gave a long hand massage. I liked it so much that I asked for a 10 minute back and neck massage and they finished it off with a warm towel massage.

I love this place. It is a clean store and maintains a calm atmosphere. All of the ladies there are so kind and do a fantastic job! I recommend Bella Nail and Spa to everyone.
