I’m inclined to write a review because this place does not deserve 4.3 stars. I went trusting the stars on Google only to be deeply disappointed. 1. This place is not clean. - the gel polishes looked very old, and had a weird vomit-like smell. The nail files looked old and very used. $25 for manicure, $5 Gel drill off. I paid $28 before tip to remove gel that I had already filed down and a basic manicure without polish. I think it was over priced. A regular gel manicure is $35 for reference.

I made an appointment for mani/pedi, but when I arrived, all four chairs were taken with other women and I was told I had to wait. It was in the middle of my work day and I specifically made time for this appointment, but they got greedy and took other clients instead, knowing that I had a booking. I left. What’s the point of taking a reservation if you can’t hold the reservation? How unreliable and inconsiderate. :(((

I want to share my experience because I honestly had a very unpleasant time at this salon. Rosa, excuse me, but I felt poorly received from the beginning to the end. Every question I asked seemed to annoy you. When I simply requested to fix a small detail, you responded rudely and your movements were overly harsh. This was shocking to me because, as women, we come to get our nails done to relax and enjoy a calm moment—especially when we’re paying $45. The place is good but my nails literally broke right after I did them… so I wouldn’t say they are the best at nails.
