Absolutely love this place; each tech has their own creativity. Andy did my nails last time and this time. He never fails to disappoint me and is amazing at doing what he does. The techs here are super quick & friendly. They’re super respectful to you and are amazing at what they do. Don’t be afraid to talk to them and say what you want.
This place is terrible. I asked the woman if she was going to file my nails and clean up the skin and she said she did but no the heck you didn’t . The polish is already coming off after just a couple weeks. Paid $35 for her to paint my toenails, no cleanup or massage! Ridiculous I will never go here again
I will NEVER be back here! My daughter is serving at our church camp and decided to temporarily get her nails removed...they took a plastic nail tip and shoved it underneath nail and popped it off. She was in severe pain and they damaged her nail beds!
Took my daughter here to get her nails done and was very disappointed with the outcome. If a nail tech is unable to do certain designs that should be stated instead of attempting to do the design. We would have been 100% okay if she said she was unable to do the design my daughter wanted and would have picked something else out. Her nails are all different shapes, crooked, they’re all flat without an apex and are more prone to breaking. She had nail polish all over her hands afterwards.
