my first time here was great but this second time around was really disappointing :( i came in asking for a manicure with a gel x set. the lady who did my nails only did the gel x without the manicure and when i brought it up after realizing the manicure wasn’t being done she laughed in my face and said it was too late. i felt really embarrassed and proceeded with the nails so that i wouldn’t make her start over. i rarely advocate for myself and it was disheartening to be put down when i came in to relax and treat myself. Tee did a wonderful job on my dip manicure! She matched the color and shape perfectly. I enjoyed watching her artistry and efficiency. Bella nails has always had great customer service. I’ve been getting pedis here for heres. One of the best in Denton!
