So I have to share my experience. i gave 3 because Customer Service everyone is really friendly. Got my hair done back in November and honestly im very particular about who I allow touch my hair. I let them know its my first time coming and I got placed with a girl who you can tell is just starting out. I was patient and nice and the lady was nice the way she layered my hair is crazy. I got my haircut done by Harriet. She was very quick and did a great job!
As a mom, I am truly heartbroken over the experience my daughter had at this salon. She went in for a cut and color before her graduation pictures. Unfortunately, the hairdresser did a terrible job cutting her bangs. They were uneven, choppy, and nothing like what she had asked for. Instead of walking out feeling happy and confident, she left feeling embarrassed and deeply disappointed. Her graduation pictures were impacted by this mistake. We came across Bella Mia back over 10 years ago. Our family loves the Bella Mia Family! Armando, Christina, Joanne, Harriett and Erica and even the new stylist Celine are so amazing! Our entire family and extended family goes there! Service is great, atmosphere is real family charm feel while still offering a competitive rate.
Great and professional salon! The stylists are friendly and Katelyn did an amazing job on my haircut.
