While I wanted to give a good review because the owner and girl who cut my hair seemed nice, I unfortunately did not have a great experience, and left feeling insecure. My bangs were cut well, but the stylist cut at least 3 inches of my ends off when I asked for a very slight trim of 1 inch. I tried to even show a photo before hand of the length I wanted. So I have to share my experience. i gave 3 because Customer Service everyone is really friendly. Got my hair done back in November and honestly im very particular about who I allow touch my hair. I let them know its my first time coming and I got placed with a girl who you can tell is just starting out. I was patient and nice and the lady was nice the way she layered my hair is crazy. Im still waiting for my hair to grow back to where it looks normal. When I straighten my hair you see all the imperfections. Its crazy. Anyway... read more
