I first found Joanne (Bella Mia) by chance in 1995. She was my hairdresser until 2003 when I moved abroad, but not before she and the Bella Mia staff did my hair for my wedding and bridal party (all amazing). Visiting my Mom in Brampton 2 years ago and again today, I went to Joanne for highlights and a cut. All these years later I can safely say that no one has ever cut layers in my (thin and fine caucasian hair) like Joanne, not to mention her hand in colour is second-to-none. The best hair stylist i ever had in thirty years Armando. He knows exactly what to do, I just sit in his chair and he did the rest. I left Bella Mia Hair Studio happy and pleased to find someone who knows the right style and the right color and highlights that suits me. After 20 years my hairdresser retired, so looking for a new hairdresser I found Bella Miar Studio, I was booked with Harriet, no regrets. Harriet was wonderful, my color was well done beautifully and plan on going back for my future color updates and cuts.
I was planning on booking for the first time, I was so excited and looking forward to coming based on the good reviews. I had called on Wednesday evening, asking questions, mentioning what I wanted and who would be best to book me with based on my needs. The lady who answered was so rude and disrespectful. Made me feel stupid for asking questions.
