I ordered a Wine Box Set on 3/3, its now 4/18 and still have not recvd my order. Ive emailed and left messages for a refund and some how no one has contacted me. This company is a joke. Dont order frm them u less u need ur stuff within a year. I have since then ordered the same item w a diff company last Fri and I jst got it in the mail yesterday. Do some more research before u order frm this place. Part#2 (05/06/2025) it has been about 3 weeks now and I have yet to see my refund.... IDK how this company is still in business... read more

I’m not sure how to update an existing review so I am leaving a new one. I initially was frustrated as I was not receiving any update on my order, but after getting in touch with the store, they resolved the issue. I was just looking for communication which I then received and they helped pleasantly and willingly! I received an update that the dresses I ordered would be at their store shortly and shipped to me. EDIT: I got my product and was APPALLED. The petticoat smelt like a fish factory and made my entire dress smell absolutely terrible. It’s not a fixable smell at all. Their supplier must work in the same warehouse as rotten sushi because that’s what it smelt like. Either that or it was USED because ain’t no way a brand new petticoat should smell like that. I contacted the BBB on this company because of this. They won’t return my order, so I have to take it higher up. I’ll update my review once I get my actual product. It will... read more
