Absolutely terrible communication from the doctor. Absolutely no follow up phone calls. We've been waiting for weeks for the doctor to fill out simple paperwork, and months of delays and improper communication including losing documents that were faxed and not following up regarding missing paperwork. I would caution anyone from coming here.
