Worst Doctor ever. Dr. Sergio saw me multiple times and each time was told it was anxiety and then depression. My thyroid levels were not in normal range but refused to send me to a specialist. Paid out of pocket for a hormone/thyroid specialist. Got a full thyroid panel and was diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroiditis. Since the 24th of December was hell and it could have been less painful had the doctor listened to me.
My sister came here because she’s having severe stress from work and the doctor just blew her off! She knows she has anxiety so she came to her for assistance she cant sleep well already and she just told her to sleep more so she won’t get anxiety! That’s not how that works lady!! She was so dissatisfied and just shutdown and felt like she wasted $30 for an appointment but the doctor said “we will do a full exam at the follow up” who does a full exam as a follow up?!?
