I had a great experience at Bella Man’s Brick Oven Pizza. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The brick oven pizza was cooked perfectly, with a great crust and quality toppings. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I ordered 2 pizzas and potato wedges for delivery through the Slice app. When the driver arrived, the potato wedges were missing. I let him know and he said he would come back with them. 45 minutes later I received a call from Bella Mae’s stating that they would not be delivering the missing food, we are too far away (despite being in their delivery area) and that my options are to accept a store credit or call Slice for a refund. I usually try to frequent Mom and Pop restaurants such as this, but I won’t be returning back. I’ve ordered twice before without incident but this time I was greeted with Hair embedded in the cheese and a small gnat on the pizza. A simple hairnet could remedy this issue. I called the owner, but he simply just said it’s only happened one other time and sorry. The apologies is nice, but I’m still out of money and have to toss away wasted food. Loved their Mexican pizza and Philly steak sandwich. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Loved seeing our pizza and sandwich being made to order.
Went to try it for the first time the man was really nice and gave us free soda and the food was delicious
